The Get Moving Challenge will run from April 1 – April 30. You can start and finish any day you want! There is no distance minimum- you may complete as many miles as you see fit, and there is no penalty if you do not complete the 15 miles. You may complete the miles in any cardio activity: walk, run, jog, bike, hop, skip, etc, as you will be completing these miles on your own time. There is no set date, time, or location that you need to be present at. This challenge is solely dependent on your schedule! You do not need to be a UTD staff member in order to participate. Anyone can participate! We have an individual registration option and a family option (family would be for 2+ people participating). Individual registration is priced at $25, and family registration is priced at $40. We also encourage all adult participants to join the Get Moving Challenge Virtual Platform. A link to join the virtual platform will be provided in your confirmation email from the purchase of this registration. The online community is free for anyone to use. All participants will receive a Virtual Certificate for participating at the end of the month.
